Corey Seager (29) of the Texas Rangers has put up phenomenal batting stats in this year’s postseason. It will be interesting to see if he can lead Texas to its first World Series title.
Seager is a free agent after the 2021 season and signed a 10-year, $325 million extension with Texas. Despite investing heavily in Seager and others after the 2021 season, Texas finished fourth in the American League West last year. They went 68-94 (.420 winning percentage).
This year, Texas went 90-72 (.556 winning percentage), tied with the Houston Astros, but fell short of winning the West due to a poor record, and entered the postseason as a wild card. 먹튀검증

In 119 games this season due to injury, Seager batted .327 with 33 home runs, 96 RBIs and a 1.013 OPS. His batting average, on-base percentage, and slugging percentage have improved dramatically from last year, when he batted .245 with 33 homers, 83 RBIs, and a .772 OPS in 151 games. He hit the same number of home runs, but his doubles increased from 24 to 42. He hit the most doubles in the league.
